Issued under the catalogue number BP 363, this 7-inch 45 rpm promo single features the distinctive cream and brown United Artists labels alongside the Sunburst logo, complete with a bold advance "A" identifier and a 4-pronged push-out centre. This elusive broadcast specimen comes housed in its original commercial picture jacket, which provides fascinating discographical context through its detailed reverse sleeve notes.

The dead wax areas carry the premier first-press stamped matrix markings BP 363 A-1U and BP 363 B-1U, ensuring optimum audio dynamics. The tracking layout serves as a superb sampler of David Coverdale's early discography; the A-side features "Ready An' Willing (Sweet Satisfaction)", noted on the sleeve as being taken from the album UAG 30302 and cassette TCK 30302.
