An early 1963 British mono pressing of the Fab Four's second album, presented on the collectable black and yellow Parlophone label. This particular vintage release features the early-style rim text reading "THE PARLOPHONE CO. LTD.", meaning it was pressed before the "SOLD IN U.K..." text was added to subsequent runs.

Several key details define this specific variant for collectors. Stamped in the dead wax are the XEX 447-7N and XEX 448-7N matrix numbers, paired with the AL and MO codes. The side two label features an embossed KT tax code and the "Dominion, Belinda" credit for the closing song, "Money". Additionally, this item features a well-known printing discrepancy: the rear sleeve spells track ten as "You Really Gotta Hold On Me", whilst the label itself uses "You Really Got A Hold On Me".

The record comes inside a front-laminated, flipback cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse, identifiable by the large "mono" logo on the front. A period-correct polylined Emitex inner sleeve is also present.
