This distinctive release was famously put together using short excerpts from the tracks featured on Reel Music, the band's 1982 cinema-themed compilation album. Created to capitalise on the early-1980s medley craze, this genuine British issue features the iconic black and silver Parlophone label variant complete with the era-specific "ALL RIGHTS" rim text. This particular copy features a large centre hole, as the original 4-pronged push-out centre has been cleanly removed, making it an ideal choice for jukebox use or for playing with a standard 45 adapter. It comes presented in its original illustrated picture sleeve.

The fast-moving A-side offers a unique studio mega-mix, blending excerpts of "Magical Mystery Tour", "All You Need Is Love", "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away", "I Should Have Known Better", "A Hard Day's Night", "Ticket To Ride", and "Get Back" into a single track. On the flip side, the B-side features the standalone studio version of "I'm Happy Just To Dance With You", a track originally showcased in their debut 1964 feature film A Hard Day's Night.
