Available now is a genuine 1964 British monaural premier release of the legendary beat group's brilliant fourth studio collection, Beatles For Sale (PMC 1240). This classic mid-sixties issue displays the familiar black and yellow Parlophone labels, complete with the definitive "THE PARLOPHONE CO. LTD." edge lettering and the standard "SOLD IN U.K..." consumer notice. Notably, this particular factory variation does not feature an embossed tax stamp on the paper labels and highlights the matching 4N and 4N mastering matrix paths stamped in the runout grooves.

The vintage 33 rpm vinyl disc sits nestled in its original, internal-loading laminated gatefold jacket produced by the printers Garrod & Lofthouse. The front cover proudly exhibits the iconic hollow outline "mono" lettering in the corner. Fully complete with the original polylined "Emitex" inner sleeve, this historical music package has been kept intact to offer excellent protection for the mid-sixties analogue grooved tracks housed within.

From a grading perspective, the gatefold jacket rates a Good (G) condition, displaying clear signs of handling with age-appropriate wear across the spine, laminate creasing around the outer borders, and a small split on the opening edge. The classic vinyl album also secures a Good (G) grade, showing a number of visible surface marks from previous rotation. This regularly played copy provides an affordable entry-level point into owning an original British music relic.

The album delivers an exceptional array of iconic, self-penned pop pieces like "What You're Doing", "I'll Follow The Sun", and "I'm A Loser", alongside a fantastic cover version of Buddy Holly's "Words Of Love". Cut straight from the early sixties monaural mixes, this authentic 1960s pressing yields that signature punchy, warm mid-range fidelity and deep vocal presence that dedicated record enthusiasts and seasoned Fab Four historians love to spin.
