An exceptional choice for fans of the Fab Four's revolutionary later era, this vintage 1980 Dutch reissue of The Beatles - 1967-1970 on Apple Records (Catalogue No. 1A 184-05 309/10) offers a fantastic opportunity for music fans and collectors alike. Widely known as The Blue Album, this essential double LP retrospective beautifully documents the group's transition into studio masterworks, psychedelic experimentation, and iconic farewell anthems. This particular Netherlands pressing features distinct matrices etched and stamped into the runout grooves, reading 172 - 05309-A-4Y, 184-05309-B//19473-4Y, 184-05310-A-1947-7Y, and 184-05310-B//19480-3Y. For discography completists, this copy is identified by its updated 1A label prefix on all four sides rather than the older 5C code, an explicit "Mfd. in Holland" imprint, George Martin production credits directly on the label face, and rim text written entirely in English.

The presentation of this release is brilliant, packaged in its signature glossy gatefold picture jacket which noticeably lacks the standard "A Habo sleeve" credit on the bottom back right corner. Accompanied by the original square-cut blue lyric inner bags, the four sides of wax treat listeners to twenty-eight definitive recordings that shook the musical landscape. The track list travels seamlessly through monumental hits such as "Strawberry Fields Forever", "Hey Jude", and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", leading right up to the beautiful melodies of "Here Comes the Sun" and "Let It Be". It remains a masterful summary of a band operating at the absolute peak of their creative powers.

Our trusted archive provides clear, professional visual inspection on all stock items to guarantee buyer satisfaction.
