Heavy metal fans and vinyl collectors have a premier opportunity to grab a striking piece of British rock history. Released by Bronze Records in 1981 under the catalogue reference BROP 124, this original UK picture disc edition of the classic anthem "Motorhead" is a highly prized 45 rpm release that perfectly captures the raw power of the legendary trio. The explosive live performance on Side A is taken directly from the historic, chart-topping live album No Sleep 'til Hammersmith. This visually impressive record comes neatly presented in its original clear PVC outer sleeve, allowing the classic band graphics on the vinyl to remain fully visible for display. True audiophiles will easily identify the definitive hand-etched matrix details in the runout grooves. Side A features BROP + 124 + A OR JONZ, whilst the reverse reads BROP + 124 + B SOUND CLINIC OR. These sought-after dead wax markings confirm the lacquer was masterfully cut by the legendary British mastering engineer John Dent, ensuring exceptional audio fidelity.

The musical programming delivers pure, high-octane rock and roll. The primary side features their self-titled signature tune "Motorhead", recorded live to unleash maximum sonic energy. Turning the disc over reveals the ferocious, hard-hitting companion track "Over The Top". Crucially for collectors, this live version was completely omitted from the original 1981 vinyl LP, making this 7-inch release a standalone non-album live exclusive at the time.

This copy is preserved in fantastic excellent condition across the board. Both the clear protective jacket and the photo graphic vinyl remain beautifully clean and tidy, showing minimal signs of handling over the decades.
