A marvelous item for British vinyl enthusiasts, this sixties UK issue represents an authentic vintage pressing of the King's highly popular extended play. While the track selection originally hit the British market in the late fifties, this 1964 RCA Victor release, catalogue number RCX 175, features the highly collectable black paper labels with silver typography and the unmistakable 4-pronged round push-out centre. Crucially for variant collectors, this copy showcases the distinctive small silver spot/dot logo design beneath the horizontal header strip, with the period-correct M/T purchase tax code clearly shown on the label.

Looking closely at the runout grooves reveals pristine machine-stamped matrix details, reading K2PH-0277-1C on the first side and K2PH-0278-1C on the flip. This particular Elvis find comes protected by its original front-laminated flipback picture sleeve printed by MacNeill Press Ltd. Notably, this specific sleeve variation does not feature a printer's date code on the rear panel, making it a scarcer sleeve variant for completionists. The musical content remains a perfect testament to early rock history, presenting "Old Shep" and "Any Place Is Paradise" on the front face, followed by the driving rock energy of "Paralysed" and the beautiful "Is It So Strange" on the B-side.

The physical display of this pre-owned item is very tidy, earning a Very Good Plus grade across both elements. The seven-inch disc exhibits a brilliant, healthy gloss and looks clean, showing just a few surface marks that have no impact on its strong visual appeal. The original picture sleeve is wonderfully solid and well-preserved, displaying a bright laminated front and only a minimal amount of natural, mild handling wear across the unlaminated reverse side.
