Originally recorded for the 1962 musical film project, this 1981 British pressing of the Follow That Dream extended play delivers an authentic single-channel monaural listening experience. Released under individual catalogue code RCX 7196 by the standard RCA label, this forty-five rpm vinyl forms part of the acclaimed 1982 boxed set anthology The E.P. Collection (master reference keys RCX 1 and EP-1). It features the classic four-pronged push-out centre spindle hub design adorned with traditional black and silver RCA label typography. Housed in a magnificent front-laminated cardboard sleeve featuring authentic reverse flipback seams, the packaging retains the mid-century British aesthetic treasured by serious vinyl purists.

The dead-wax runouts proudly exhibit the elite A-1U and B-1U stampers. Most importantly, side two bears the famous handwritten "BOPPIN' BOB" signature, confirming that renowned lacquer cutter Bob Jones supervised the mastering to maximise dynamic presence for these native mono mixes. Side A opens with the infectious title composition, the tender ballad "Angel", and the upbeat tempo of "Sound Advice". Turning the disc over reveals two further silver-screen cuts: the vibrant energy of "What A Wonderful Life" alongside the charming rhythm of "I'm Not The Marrying Kind".
