Holst's Planets Suite is a piece of music that sells well. In the 20th century, pieces of music were played by major orchestras such as the London Philharmonic. Opera falls into this genre and Gilbert and Sullivan's comic operas have shown staying power. The Pirates of Penzance being very funny and extremely popular.
