This 2018 long-player serves up a potent dose of traditional heavy metal, heavily inspired by the classic sounds of the late seventies and early eighties NWOBHM movement. Released across the UK on the specialist Back On Black label, the Canadian trio’s fifth studio album leans into anthemic songwriting, twin-guitar harmonies, and melodic hooks. The production strikes a fine balance between clean modern fidelity and old-school analogue grit across a driving nine-song tracklist, featuring standout tracks such as "Prisoner Of The Past", "Letting Go", "Never Be Found", and "Save The Truth / Syracuse".
The packaging configuration of this British release is excellent for shelf presentation. The record comes housed in a beautifully printed gatefold picture sleeve, providing a sturdy and tactile home for the vinyl platter inside. This item represents an authentic original UK first pressing, a fact verified by the distinct factory matrix sequences stamped into the dead wax runouts on both sides.
The state of preservation for this specific piece is flawless, easily meriting an archive-grade Mint rating. The album remains completely factory sealed within its original thick plastic shrinkwrap, entirely unopened and unplayed since its release day. This means both the gatefold jacket and the unplayed vinyl inside have been perfectly insulated from environmental dust or handling wear, offering a pristine, fresh addition to any heavy metal collection.
